Recipe: Soft Chicken Tacos

Boneless Chicken Breasts 1 pound
[cut into cubed]
Black Beans 1 can 15oz
[rinsed and drained]
Salsa 1 cup
Taco Seasoning 1 cup
Fat Free Tortillas 6 each
[8" warmed]
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
Shredded Lettuce
RF-Cheddar Cheese
[shredded]
Sliced Radishes
Dice Tomatoes
Sliced Green onions
NF-Sour Cream

Soft Chicken Tacos (or Turkey)

In a skillet that has been coated with non-stick spray, cook chicken until juices run clear.
Add beans, salsa and taco seasoning; heat through. Spoon the chicken mixture down the center of
each tortilla. Garnish with toppings of your choice.

Makes: 6 servings “5" points ea.

Recipe: Turkey Noodle Soup

Water 2 cups
Cooked Turkey Breast 3/4 cup
Celery Rib 1 each
[with leaves-sliced]
Onion 1/4 cup
[chopped] Garlic Clove
2 each [minced]
Salt 1/2 tsp
Dried Marjoram 1/8 tsp
Pepper 1/8 tsp
Bay Leaf 1 each
Potato 1/2 cup
[peeled-cubed]
Frozen Peas 1/4 cup
Yolk-Free wide noodles 1/4 cup
[uncooked]
Browning Sauce Dash
[Optional]

Turkey Noodle Soup

In a large saucepan, combine the first nine ingredients;

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until celery is tender. Add
potato, peas, and noodles; cover and simmer
15 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender.
Discard bay leaf. Stir in browning sauce if desired.

MAKES: 2 serving (1 1/2 cups) 3 points each

Recipe: KEY LIME PIE

Graham Cracker Crust RF* 1
Lime-flavor gelatin SF* 1 pkg
[4 oz size]
Boiling water 1/4 cup
Key lime flavor yogurt 2
[6 oz] light yogurt
Whipped topping/thawed 1 tub
[8 oz Fat free]

In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Stir in yogurt with wire whisk. Fold in whipped topping with wooden spoon.
Spread in crust. Refrigerate overnight or at least 2 hours.
Garnish as desired.....thin sliced lime swirls.
Refrigerate leftovers.

Only about 5 minutes to prepare! EASY!!

MAKE: 8 servings " 3 " POINTS each
