Slice sandwich roll in half and spray with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray and toast lightly under broiler or place on grill. 2. Spread cream cheese on bottom half of roll and Salsa Con Queso on top half of roll. 3. Then layer in order onion, sliced cucumber, tomato, alfalfa sprouts. Salt and pepper to taste.
